Account Deletion

KOLA lets users delete their account and associated account data from the app or the website. KOLA is owned and operated by Speed Labs LLC.

Delete your account in the KOLA app

  1. Open the KOLA app and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Open Account deletion in the danger area.
  4. Follow the confirmation prompts to permanently delete your account.

Delete your account on the website

Sign in on the KOLA login page, then go to Settings → Account and use the account deletion form.

Request deletion if you cannot sign in

If you cannot access your account, email KOLA Support from the email address associated with your KOLA account and ask us to delete your account. Include your KOLA username if you know it. We may ask for additional information to verify that you own the account before deletion.

What data is deleted

Account deletion permanently removes your profile, posts, comments, votes, saves, messages, notifications, push tokens, and other account-linked data from active KOLA systems.

What may be retained

We may retain limited records when required for legal, security, abuse-prevention, moderation, dispute-resolution, or transaction record purposes. Retained records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.
